1st day of preschool

The day has come for my sweet little Kamryn to start preschool. She has been waiting to finally be able to go to school. She was sooooooooo excited to go to school, make friends, and learn new things. She was so ready for this big day and I was excited to see her accomplish new things. I am so proud of her and love the girl to pieces! She was so cute all morning and kept telling me she was gonna share with her friends and have a good time. Brynlee was a little sad to see her go so Kamryn made sure to give her a big hug and kiss and told her not to worry cause she will be back to play with her. It was so cute and I wish I would have caught it on video. She also made sure not to leave Tayson out and she blew him a big kiss and waved goodbye. It was so fun to watch my baby girl walk into class with a huge smile on her face and wave to her new class. I was lucky enough to watch her stand with her class and watch them all put their hands over their heart and say the pledge of allegiance. It made me realize how fast my kids are growing up and I never thought the day would come for Kamryn to have to say the pledge of allegiance. I swear it was only a few years ago that I was the one standing in class saying the pledge of allegiance. Time really does fly and I am sad to say goodbye to the yester years but look forward to my tomorrow's.

A sad ending, and a new beginning

Well a few weeks ago we left our home in Spokane, Washington and headed to Roy, Utah. The last 2 years have been crazy, eventful, hard, sad, happy, emotional, fun and the best experience we will ever have. Moving away was the HARDEST thing I have ever done in my life, but probably the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I have grown and have learned so much and have become a much stronger more independent person. I will forever be grateful for my experience in Spokane and for the great people we met and for the wonderful friends we made. We were so lucky to have so many friends who were in the same situation as us. I will miss my dear friends and I am sad to put the past behind me but I am also excited for the future and our journey that is ahead of us. I thank Taylor for his hard work and dedication to our little family. His determination and motivation to go to Law School amazes me and it amazes me even more that he had the will power to get done early. Thank you to all of our wonderful friends who made the experience so good for us and thank you to all our family who has supported us and gotten us to the place we are today. We could not have gotten so far in our lives without family. We love you all!

We are happy in our new home and hopefully I will post some pics of our new home soon.

Kamryn's 4th Birthday

Wow, I can't believe my baby girl turned 4! She is growing up on me and growing up on me FAST! She is so sweet and is such a good example to her brother and sister. She has been looking forward to this day for a very LONG time. She asked for a Barbie bike, Barbie helmet, and a Barbie daddy (my personal favorite). The day was filled with donuts for breakfast, Old McDonlad's for lunch, playing with friends, and a party later that night. She was so excited for her party and for her presents. She opened her presents with not much excitement, but when her dad brought in her bike she went crazy "My Barbie bike......YES......woo hoo.......thank you daddy", she threw her hands up in the air and ran to her bike. That was the BEST! She also got a Barbie movie, Barbie, Bella Dancerella Ballerina Barre, and a new Princess dress. We had been singing to her all day and she would always let out a HUGE smile and say thank you, but being sung to by everyone and blowing out the candles made her birthday official in her eyes. The best was when she went to blow out her candles her hair caught on fire, good thing dad was there to rescue her cause mom was busy snapping some pictures. She had a great day and loved having all eyes on her. We love ya Kam and can't wait for next year!

5th Anniversary

Can't believe it has been 5 years! What a milestone! I used to think 5 years was so far away, and now I look back and can't believe all that has happened. 3 kids, graduating from Dixie State with an Associate's and Bachelor's Degree, moving to Washington for Law School and moving back to Utah after finishing Law School (and much, much more) all in 5 years is quite the accomplishment. The last 5 years have been amazing and I look forward to many many more exciting and adventurous years. I love you Taylor and I am so proud of you and all you have done to better your education to provide for our cute little family. You are the BEST!

The Girls 1st OFFICIAL Sleepover

The girls had their 1st sleepover on saturday night (they have had sleepover's with cousins just not a friend). They had so much fun with Teagan. They watched Happily Never After, painted toenails, and got LITTLE sleep. I thought I had them under control at 10:30 p.m. so I went to bed. Little did I know that the girls faked me out and I woke up at 12:30 a.m. to some LOUD, GIGGLY little girls. They had toys everywhere and were having a tea party. Wow! I didn't realize sleepover's took so much work. This won't be happening anytime soon. The sleepless night did not end there but I won't go into it anymore. They had fun and that's all that matters.

p.s. How funny does Brynlee's hair look? HAHA poor kid. She has no hair and if I don't do her hair, she looks like a little old man. But a cute little old man I might add!!!!

Slip N' Slide

Our neighbor's the Jaussi's bought some tarp and layed it on our grass in the backyard and made a homemade Slip N' Slide. It was super fun for the kids and super fun to watch them. Kamryn was an animal and wanted to keep going. She couldn't get enough of it.

Post Falls Lake

Kamryn's best buddy Teagan came back for the summer (they were supposed to be gone all summer) and she was so EXCITED. She missed her little pal. They have been playing together everyday and trying to soak up every last second they have together before we move. Last saturday the Jaussi's (Teagan's fam) and our little fam headed to Post Falls Lake to swim. I didn't take many pictures but I did snap a few of the 2 together. At the lake they were having a huge party and had bounce houses and games for FREE for the kids so we of course let them get their wiggles out. It was fun!

It has been a little crazy these days with packing and Taylor being so busy with school. The poor kids are going crazy (as well as myself) so I try to do my best and take them out every once in awhile.

"Old Mcdonald"

Tayson had an appointment with the neurologist a few weeks ago (which went really well) and in the hallway to the Dr.'s office they had Ronald Mcdonald sitting on a bench and both girls yelled "Look mom, it's Old Mcdonald". I thought it was so cute so I snapped a picture of course. The girls call Mcdonalds "Old Mcdonald's".

Father's Day

I know this is a little late, but I was going through my camera and found this picture. I had to post it cause the girls had so much fun making daddy a father's day present. They made him a flags and homemade tie's. It turned out cute and Taylor chose to wear both ties to church on father's day and I thought it was super cute of him to do.

Taysons 1 year pics

I finally got Tayson's 1 year old pictures done before we start the big move. He is such a little stink and his attention span is so short so I had a ROUGH time getting any smiles out of him before he moved. They turned out pretty cute though! My little guy sure is handsome!!!!!!!:)

Very Cherry

The tree in our backyard has some of the most delicious cherries I have ever eaten. I don't like cherries that much but I liked these ones a lot. The girls and I had a good time picking cherries of the tree and eating them till we were sick.

Kamryn LOVED holding the bowl for me while I picked the cherries. She looked cute doing it too.

Brynlee of course LOVED just sneaking cherries while we were working.
