Can't get enough of this little guy
How cute is he? I love this kid! He is such a good baby and such a sweet spirit. All I want to do all day is kiss those chubby little cheeks. He is growing up so fast and it breaks my heart. He is so close to crawling and I can't believe that he is old enough to do so. I want my little man to stay little forever. He is gonna be quite the heartbreaker when he gets older!
Snow Bunnies
The snow is melting, the sun is shining, the weather is slowly warming up and we took advantage of it and got some fresh air. Here are my little snow bunnies playing outside.
Say a prayer for Bostyn
Our really good friends Emmett and Ashlee have a little girl named Bostyn who is in need of a few prayers. She hit her head and cut it open, got it stitched up and later that night woke up to a swollen eye and was not able to open it. They took her to the ER and admitted her the next morning and is still in the hospital. The Dr.'s at first thought she had a staph infection in her eye but have now found that it is not that and is strepti-cocci. It is very serious and has been spreading into her neck, down her arm and into her other eye. She has been in the hospital for 5 days now and on antibiotics and will be in the hospital for a few more days. She will have to have a pick line put into her arm all the way to her heart to continue to pump the antibiotics through her body for 30 days after she is released. It has been a rough road for her and her parents but things are starting to look up from here but they could use all of your prayers right now (especially the parents). Please pray for Bostyn to get better!
"Owie, need a bandaid"
Brynlee hit her head on the corner wall pretty hard and this is what it looked like immediately after she hit. It is probably the biggest goose egg I have ever seen. These pictures don't do it justice and my camera wasn't working very well and so the pictures are crappy but it was big and she was hurtin'. She kept telling me "Owie, need a bandaid". It was pretty cute!

Happy 2nd Birthday Brynlee!
Brynlee had her 2nd birthday last sunday and I can't believe she is already two. Time flies! She is such a busy and sweet little kid. She is a talking machine (she talks better than her big sis sometimes) and loves to get into things. She brings such an energetic and sweet spirit into our home. She is truly a joy and I am so lucky to be her mom. She has taught me patience, persistence, love and many other things. We love you Brynlee!
Here she is getting ready to tear some presents open. She had been waiting for this moment all day. She sang Happy Birthday to herself all day in hopes that she could get some presents. We made her hold off until after her nap before she could open gifts. She was way excited.
Kamryn couldn't handle not helping out with opening the presents.
This year we decided to just have a party with just our little family. It was a little lonely for me cause I am such a big party girl but I am sure Brynlee didn't mind. She got the whac-a-mole game, a crawling baby, barbie jeep, mickey mouse noisy book, dolly bed, and lots of disney books. Grandma Tano sent her a new shirt and a puzzle along with the Disney Princess Yhatzee game a few days later. She had fun and is still having fun with all the gifts.
The only thing that will get Brynlee to hold still for a few moments is a Baby Einstein dvd. She loves to watch them and so I thought it would be perfect to make her the Baby Einstein Caterpillar for her birthday cake. Turned out pretty cute I think (other than the back of the cake)!
Ok, don't look at the back of the cake (ha ha), I ran out of frosting. Oops! We let her eat her cake however she wanted to and of course she took a HUGE bite out of it.
Happy Valentine's Day!
We started the day off with some heart shaped pancakes, eggs, and bacon. We then opened our Valentine's gifts. I got Taylor 2 new pairs of pants and Taylor got me some really cute new running shoes and 2 shirts and the kids just got some cheap little toys. Then we went to Costco and snacked on all of their free food and did a little shopping for Brynlee's birthday. Then we went on a small saturday drive until the weather got a little yucky and we decided to go home and have a nap.
For our Valentine's dinner we decided to stay home (due to the lack of money to hire a babysitter haha) and we cooked some shrimp, steak, and crab legs. It was great!
Here are the girls opening their valentine's. It was a fun and very happy Valentine's Day and we hope it was the same for all of you!

So Independent
Remember a couple posts ago where I posted about Brynlee's new best bud (the stool). Well I took it away from her and she has found herself a replacement. She uses her princess dress up box as her stool to get things she wants. She loves to get in her top drawer and get herself some panties and shoes to wear for the day. That is the usual outfit she picks out for herself is panties and shoes.

Happy 27th babe!
I just wanted to wish my hubby a very Happy Birthday! You are such a great husband and an even better dad. The kids love hanging out with you and can't get enough of you. I am so proud of all of your accomplishments and I am so grateful for all you have done and are doing for our little family. I couldn't ask for a better best friend and husband. I love you so much and look forward to many more birthdays with you.

Make a wish! Here is my sad attempt at making Taylor a NY Yankees Baseball cake. I am embarrassed to post this, it's pretty bad. I had a great idea in my head but the end result was not so great. Haha good times!

Look how nasty his blackeye has gotten. It's all yellow and green now.
Taylor got some great gifts. An Ipod Touch (which he LOVES), Tiger Woods Golf for the xbox, a new sweet tie (that I picked out), 4 shirts (from the kids and the girls actually picked them out themselves), new shoes, and money from family. Thanks to our families who are so great and support us so much we love you guys. Hope it was a great day babe!
Scripture Power
As a family we read the scriptures every night and the girls have grown to love it. Kamryn loves to take a turn at reading (of course it's in her own little jibberish). Kamryn loves the scriptures so much that she takes them into bed with her and falls asleep with them in her arms. How cute is that?

Love these girls!
I put Kamryn's hair up in rollers on saturday so that for sunday it would be all curly and cute. But Brynlee just could not be left out and she made me try putting them in hers. Well, for those of you who see Brynlee all the time you know that she only has a little bit of hair. But I managed to get a whopping 3 curlers in her hair. Adorable! It only lasted about 2 minutes before she had ripped them all out though.
