The Girls 1st OFFICIAL Sleepover

The girls had their 1st sleepover on saturday night (they have had sleepover's with cousins just not a friend). They had so much fun with Teagan. They watched Happily Never After, painted toenails, and got LITTLE sleep. I thought I had them under control at 10:30 p.m. so I went to bed. Little did I know that the girls faked me out and I woke up at 12:30 a.m. to some LOUD, GIGGLY little girls. They had toys everywhere and were having a tea party. Wow! I didn't realize sleepover's took so much work. This won't be happening anytime soon. The sleepless night did not end there but I won't go into it anymore. They had fun and that's all that matters.

p.s. How funny does Brynlee's hair look? HAHA poor kid. She has no hair and if I don't do her hair, she looks like a little old man. But a cute little old man I might add!!!!

Slip N' Slide

Our neighbor's the Jaussi's bought some tarp and layed it on our grass in the backyard and made a homemade Slip N' Slide. It was super fun for the kids and super fun to watch them. Kamryn was an animal and wanted to keep going. She couldn't get enough of it.

Post Falls Lake

Kamryn's best buddy Teagan came back for the summer (they were supposed to be gone all summer) and she was so EXCITED. She missed her little pal. They have been playing together everyday and trying to soak up every last second they have together before we move. Last saturday the Jaussi's (Teagan's fam) and our little fam headed to Post Falls Lake to swim. I didn't take many pictures but I did snap a few of the 2 together. At the lake they were having a huge party and had bounce houses and games for FREE for the kids so we of course let them get their wiggles out. It was fun!

It has been a little crazy these days with packing and Taylor being so busy with school. The poor kids are going crazy (as well as myself) so I try to do my best and take them out every once in awhile.

"Old Mcdonald"

Tayson had an appointment with the neurologist a few weeks ago (which went really well) and in the hallway to the Dr.'s office they had Ronald Mcdonald sitting on a bench and both girls yelled "Look mom, it's Old Mcdonald". I thought it was so cute so I snapped a picture of course. The girls call Mcdonalds "Old Mcdonald's".

Father's Day

I know this is a little late, but I was going through my camera and found this picture. I had to post it cause the girls had so much fun making daddy a father's day present. They made him a flags and homemade tie's. It turned out cute and Taylor chose to wear both ties to church on father's day and I thought it was super cute of him to do.

Taysons 1 year pics

I finally got Tayson's 1 year old pictures done before we start the big move. He is such a little stink and his attention span is so short so I had a ROUGH time getting any smiles out of him before he moved. They turned out pretty cute though! My little guy sure is handsome!!!!!!!:)

Very Cherry

The tree in our backyard has some of the most delicious cherries I have ever eaten. I don't like cherries that much but I liked these ones a lot. The girls and I had a good time picking cherries of the tree and eating them till we were sick.

Kamryn LOVED holding the bowl for me while I picked the cherries. She looked cute doing it too.

Brynlee of course LOVED just sneaking cherries while we were working.

Mmmmmmm.......tasty good!

4th of July

We had a GREAT 4th of july this year. It was pretty low key and relaxing but still fun. We started off the day by going to our ward parade where the girls rode their bike and walked in the parade. It was really fun!

Kam was a little trooper and was doing her best to keep up with everybody. She did great and did not want to get off the bike to share with Brynlee, even though she was hot and sweaty.

The parade interfered with Tayson's nap time so he was a little tired for the activity.

Bryn also did really good at riding her bike but had a tough time keeping up with everyone. She pedaled as fast as she could but just kept getting behind. But she could care less, she was having a good time.

Later in the evening we had our friends Heather and Tyson join us for a BBQ. I had to get somewhat festive for the day so I decorated the table a bit.

Washington does not allow any fireworks whatsoever (no sparklers, no nothin'). All we were allowed to do were throw the snaps and pop the poppers (you know the poppers with the confetti that shoots out, ya really fun let me tell ya). But we made the best of it and the kids had fun. We also just hung out in the backyard and visited and let the kids swim.

Around 9:30 we decided to go watch some fireworks. They had 3 locations to choose from and we chose to go to Liberty Lake and we got sooooooo LUCKY. We arrived at just the right time when a drunken man came out of his house and invited EVERYBODY to join him in his backyard that was right along the beach. He had a BEAUTIFUL lake house and a great backyard with an amazing view. We were so close to the fireworks and could not have gotten better seats. It was AWESOME!

Tayson LOVED the fireworks! He smiled and smiled and clapped a bunch. I thought for sure he was gonna freak. Instead he was having a great time.
