The Best Pumpkin Patch EVER!!!!

We went to the Pumpkin Patch yesterday and it was the coolest thing ever. It had 32 different farms with different attractions to go see. The first farm we went to had Birds, Llama's, garden vegetables, and Kamryn's favorite....kittens. The farmers gave both Kamryn and Brynlee their own little baby pumpkins, and Kamryn kept saying "pick your pumpkins".

The next farm we went to had pony rides, hay rides, hay mazes, food, goats that you got to feed, apple trees, a pumpkin patch, and a fruit farm. Kamryn loved the ponies!!!

This is the best smile we could get out of Kamryn. She doesn't like the camera much! The farmers dressed the ponies up in costumes. They had a unicorn, a princess, and a superman pony. Pretty clever!

This man carves bear statues out of his chainsaw! If you look closely you can see the definition he puts into the bears. He is amazing!

They also had this ride called The Wiggle Worm. It was qutie the wild ride! It weaved in and out and bounced all over the place. It would have made me sick to get on it, and I don't know how the kids made it out without wanting to throw up. We thought that we would let Kamryn try it and as you can see she didn't like it at all. She kept saying "me hold you mommy".

The next farm we went to had a real pumpkin patch that you got to pick your pumpkins in, a corn maze that lead to a princess castle that you got to go in and look at the farm above the ground, train rides, food booths, and booths with jams, jewelry, BBQ sauces and all sorts of fun things, and much much more!

Pull Kamryn, use your muscles!
And last but not least, the best BBQ Beef Sandwich ever! It was so big and so good that I couldn't even finish it and by the time I was done I was sooooo sick! We couldn't make it to all the farms cause there were way too many. There were so many amazing things that you could do and I could go on and on about what there was, but I will leave you with this.....WE HAD A BLAST!

New Haircut

 

I feel so stupid that I am posting this picture of myself on our blog. But there are so many of you that don't get to see us very often and you don't get to see what I do with my hair. And all those who know me really well, you know that I change my hair alot. So here is a picture of my new haircut. One of my friends that lives here in Spokane is a hairstylist(her husband is in Law School too). Thanks Becca!

I finally gave in....

Yes....I did it! I read Twilight and I loved every minute of it. It is such a good book and I can't wait until I get the second book and continue to finish the series. I debated whether I should read the book. All of my girlfriends that I have here in Spokane, highly recommended this book to me and I finally gave in. I didn't want to start the series for fear of becoming like everyone else. And I did! This book made me feel like I was in High School again and falling in love for the first time. It is a great book and I HIGHLY recommend it to those of you who have not read it. Go get it TODAY!!!!!

Water baby!

 

 

 

 

Brynlee is our little water baby! She LOVES the bathtub. As soon as we turn on the water, she comes crawling towards the bathtub. She knows the sound of it and she gets so excited for it. She also loves to come in the bathroom when I am in the shower and she tries to climb in it with me (she can't quite get that high, but she tries). When we put her in the tub she kicks and splashes and drives Kamryn crazy. I can't even get her to lay on her back so I can rinse her off, she just wants to swim around and splash. She has even gotten to the point where she knows the sound of the water draining and when she can hear it she turns herself around and pushes the plug back in, it is hillarious!!!! Taylor wanted me to take these pictures cause he said that she was posing like a model. She would flip from side to side and smile, and point her toes, then lift her leg up and smile again. You would have had to see it to really see how she was acting like a model. It was pretty cute!

Buzz lightyear!

We went on the Buzzlightyear ride at Disnyland and it was so much fun. As you can see, Taylor beat me by quite a bit (I think my gun was broken. Ha ha. Nice excuse huh). I debated whether I wanted to put this picture on here cause I look pretty dorky. Next time you go to Disneyland check out the buzzlightyear ride. It is pretty fun!

Rough start.......and a rough ending!

We just wanted to give you guys a taste of what we have been up to the last few days. It has been rough!!!!! We started out our vacation with a BANG. Taylor woke up early wednesday morning and felt really really sick (we were supposed to fly out at 10:00a.m.). But he ignored it and continued on, well as we were driving to Beau's to pick him up so he could drop us off at the airport Taylor's left side of his body went numb and he started to get a migraine. By the time we made it to Beau's, he jumped out of the car to go puke in their toilet. He wasn't feeling well at all so we canceled the flight. We stayed at Beau's for an hour or so cause he kept puking. We finally made it home and Taylor took a nap and started to feel better. So we decided to call Southwest Airlines and see what they could do to get us some tickets to fly out that day for the same price. We got a lady who worked with us really well and we ended up flying out that night at 6:00p.m. So Thursday and Friday went really really well and the girls were so good. And then Saturday comes along and both girls are just crabby. Later that night Kamryn pukes all over Matt and Ashley's (Taylor's sister and her husband) bed. About an hour later after Kamryn brushes her teeth and has a bath she pukes again. And she continues to puke two more times and then falls asleep at about 10:30-11:00p.m. We go to bed at about 11:30p.m. and at 1:00a.m. I hear someone choking and dry heaving so I sit up and I find Brynlee squirming in her bed so I pick her up and she pukes everywhere. She continues to puke until 4:00a.m. on and off. We had to get up at 4:30a.m. so we could drive to Ontario to make it on our flight which leaves at 7:00a.m. So we get up and get the girls ready and Brynlee pukes one last time and we head out. We get to the airport and they seem to be doing fine. YEAH RIGHT!!!Brynlee throws up everywhere in the airport. And it stinks so bad. So we get on the plane and once again things are running smoothly, the girls are sleeping, and I FINALLY fall asleep. Next, I wake up to Kamryn throwing up all over me. She was sleeping on my lap so all the throw up is on me and the seat. The whole airplane stunk. 50 minutes later we are off the plane and we are standing outside waiting for our ride and once again Kamryn PUKES all over the cement floor. Don't worry....this isn't over yet. So we get some Pedialyte and give it to both of them and 30 seconds after Kamryn drinks hers, it comes right back out. Brynlee managed to keep hers in, but she had stuff coming out the other end, luckily it was in a diaper. But the poor kid has nothing left in her so she is crapping out mucus. Needless to say, it was a long trip home and we are so glad to FINALLY be in our own home and back on track. Back to the regular schedule of potty training and nap time. We are hoping that the girls will feel better and that we can FINALLY get some rest. Taylor and I are so exhausted and we need our sleep. The two of us are starting to feel a little sick ourselves, and I think that it is because we need a good nights rest. Any ideas on how to stop the puking? We could use some good tips!

Girls Night Out!

Well, I had my first girls night out since we moved to Spokane. Taylor and I don't get out much and I definately don't get out at all. So when we went to California with Taylor's family, his mom took us to the play "Wicked". It was so cute, and it was just perfect for Halloween time. Wicked is the untold story of "The Wizard of Oz". And I loved it! It was so funny and I loved seeing the other side of the story of the Wizard of Oz. It showed how Dorothy, the Lion, the Scarecrow, and the Tin man came about. It also made the WICKED witch not seem so bad. It really is a good play to see and it is worth going. I felt like it was a Broadway musical. It was in Hollywood California and it was right along the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I had never been to Hollywood before and I have to say that I was not very impressed. I can't believe that the walk of fame is in some getto street. For those of you who have seen it, you know what I am talking about. The theatre was absolutely AMAZING, it was beautiful and it was like nothing I had ever been to before. The actors were so great and Matt (Ashley's husband) said that the play in Hollywood is almost exactly like the one in New York (Broadway). I loved it! Thanks for a good night out Michelle!!!!!
